Newsletter to Press

I have actually just sent the newsletter and mailing list files off to be printed and mailed next week. They should start arriving in mailboxes on the 30th or so. Every time I complete a newsletter, we feel like celebrating. Each quarter we say that we should get some sort of bell we can ring, but we haven't done that yet. Instead I am hearing customers out front and the price gun pricing the new merchandise, and, frankly, that sounds just as jubilant to me as a bell ringing.

Today I will be attaching the eyes to the felted penguin and stuffing him. I've decided that he looks just like a character from an Aardman Animations people of Wallace and Gromit fame. Anyway, I am also getting going on my next model, a Mountain Colors Cashmere whimple. I'm not sure if I have ever felt something quite so soft. What a delight.

It's back to Tacoma tomorrow to a house full of unpacked boxes. Alas.
